We do not deal with fakes, imitations, knock-offs, or used sunglasses.

Yes, every pair of sunglasses on our website comes with manufacturer's hard case or cloth pouch.

We carry most of the famous designer brands, and have the latest and previous collections. If you are looking for a particular style from a past collection, or of a brand not listed, ask us. Click here and our staff will assist you.

How do I search for sunglasses on this site?
You can browse and search within our site in three ways.
The basic way is by selecting the brand/designer you are interested in from the 'Brands' list shown on the left side of the screen. When you click on a brand, all the models of the selected brand will be displayed. The second way is to click on the Product Catalog link at the top of the screen. You will see all the brands and models listed on one convenient page that you can select from. The third way is by entering brand, model name/number, or both, in the search box at the top left corner of the screen and clicking 'Search'.
How much do you charge for shipping?
SHADES EMPORIUM offers free ground shipping on all US domestic orders. Please refer to our 'Shipping' page to review all the shipping options available.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Because we try to keep all our offerings in stock, backordered items are the exception, not the rule. The typical time frame for arrival of backordered items is 5 to 7 days.
How can I return my sunglasses?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) with all warranty papers etc, in its original condition within 30 days for a hassle free refund, shipping not included.

All items will come with full factory warranties. Any warranties offered are that of the manufacturer and are subject to each manufacturer's terms and conditions.

I want to buy sunglasses and send them as a gift, can I do that?
For payments made with a credit card, we can only ship to an address that is the same as the credit card billing address. In this case you would have to send the item to the recipient yourself after you receive it from us.
