Each item on your order can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days.
After 30 days, the product is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Credits may take up to 7 days to show up in your account depending on your bank.

Returning Non-Defective Products
Within 30 days of shipping date, if you wish to return a non-defective item(s) for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply to any items not being exchanged.
- Please ensure the product(s) is in new and unused condition, and that there are no marks on the item(s) or any wear on the tags, such as the hologram or shipping tags, or the case. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets.
- Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at cs@shadesemporium.com. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted.
- Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a trackable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or the United States Post Office.
Returning Defective Products
- Please examine all items for scratches on lenses, or any defects immediately upon taking possession of the item(s). If defects are found, please notify us via email at cs@shadesemporium.com within one (1) day of taking possession of the item(s), in order for the return policy for defective products to be honored.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets.

If you need to return an item please be sure to declare the item as "Returned Item Without Value" or we have to charge you for any duties incurred by US Customs.
