Customer Service - I had a pair of sunglasses stolen from me recently and i was so upset to find that they were no where to be found on the internet. I guess you could say they were vintage Coach. I talked to a gentleman from customer service and he assured me that although your site no longer had them that he would try to find them for me. Well a few days passed and i didnt hear anything- I though it was the typical customer service that i had come to expect (none at all) to my surprise he left me a message that in deed he had found them and that i could place the order. He also reminded me of the $10 coupon on-line right now. Boy was I pleasantly surprised and shocked!!! Keep up the great work!
